Dear Families,
Welcome to U Prep Athletics! To ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for our student-athletes, we require payment of participation fees and adherence to eligibility standards for team membership. While our school covers a sizable portion of athletic program funding, these fees are crucial to support various expenses, including uniforms/equipment, coaching stipends, transportation, officials, coaching stipends, compliance, league, and facility costs.
Please note that participation fees must be paid in full before athletes can engage in any athletic activities, including practices and contests. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable for students who become ineligible due to academic or behavioral issues, or for those who choose to leave the team. Additionally, the fee does not affect playing time; instead, a student's effort and contributions will determine game participation.
For the 2023-2024 school year, the Participation Fee for each sport is $50.00. This fee helps ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality athletic experiences for all our scholars.

How to get started with Athletic Registration!
- Go to https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/
- Click Sign Up to Create New Account and complete the four-step account creation
- Who is this account for? Select Parent/Guardian
- What School are you registering for? Input the name of the school that your oldest participating student attends
- Input your Personal Information for your Parent/Guardian account
- Input Username (Email) and Password
- From the Linked Accounts page in My Profile, click "+ Link Student Account"
- Search for your Student to see if they have already created an account. See THIS help guide for searching.
- If your student does not have an account, click the hyperlink "If your student does NOT have an account OR is not yet 13 years old, click HERE" and complete the five steps for creating the student account
- Once created, be sure to input your EMERGENCY CONTACT information (Left Navigation under My Profile), and then complete the form requirements by clicking FORMS then ATHLETIC FORMS
